Hello! I am very excited to announce a FREE one-hour Sneak Peek of my Hormones & Perimenopause workshop over Zoom!!

As a health coach focused on healthy aging through nutrition, movement, stress-management, and lifestyle, I also specialize in the hormonal imbalances women undergo in their transition to menopause (beginning usually in our 40s).
Through my workshops, I provide actionable, easy suggestions on how to manage our symptoms to live a life of greater ease and grace during this tumultuous time.
My own transition to menopause, which began in my mid-40s, brought brain fog, anxiety, and sleeplessness. Occasional hot flashes and irritability also became more common.
Over time and with the hacks I will share with you, I was able to sharpen my thinking, calm my mind, lessen my insomnia, and, by curbing my sugar intake, drastically diminish my hot flashes.
Other people suffer from unexplained weight gain, disruptive hot flashes and night sweats, and irritability throughout their transition and beyond.
I’ve seen more weight gain now 5 years post-menopause than during my transition. ☹Just a reminder to me that I need to keep my simple carbs (sugars & starches) low, incorporate more calming practices, and not go too crazy on exercise because of how it can spike cortisol. (Some of these tips are surprising, yes!)
There are ways to lessen the negative aspects of your transition to menopause, and I can help you overcome these and see the benefits of menopause. And yes, there are some benefits!
