Lasting Health Gains with a Health Coach

Want a partner in your health journey? Looking for lasting change rather than fits and starts? Maybe working with a health coach is what you need! Health coaches partner in educating, supporting, encouraging and providing accountability for their clients. Everything is easier when you aren't doing it alone!!

After leading several group mentoring series (more on those below) over the last few years, I'm returning my health coaching business focus to working more one-on-one with clients. I have limited availability for new clients and can usually accommodate either daytime or evening sessions. I also offer discounts to clients that have previously taken one of my workshops.
As a health coach, I support and guide clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes so they can live the life they want — and age well! My training focused on how to age well through lifestyle choices, quality nutrition, movement, and mindfulness/stress management. Through my certification and further study, I've specialized in healthy aging; managing hormonal fluctuations during the menopause transition; and ayurvedic approaches to wellness.
So yes, we'll talk about how to maximize gains in those areas — but depending on your individual circumstances, we can also explore managing the hormonal changes that begin for many women in their late 30s, as well as how to work with the seasons using ayurvedic principles to better support your health.
I provide science-backed information to educate clients on how best to care for their bodies and minds. I also help clients set realistic, personalized health and wellness goals, and offer accountability and motivation throughout the journey. Together, we'll identify barriers to healthy habits and dig into your personal "why" — because that's what drives lasting change. I bring a wealth of experience and evidence-based knowledge to every session.
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation where we talk through your goals across the pillars of lifestyle, exercise, nutrition, and stress/sleep — plus hormone management and ayurvedic support where relevant. From there, I meet with clients biweekly (or weekly if preferred) one-on-one over 3 or 6 months, all online.
Beyond one-on-one work, I also offer group health and wellness mentoring workshop series online. I have a 3-part workshop focused on navigating hormonal changes through the menopause transition, and a 4-part series on healthy aging more broadly. Coming soon: a multi-session group workshop on maximizing health and wellness through Ayurveda. I weave principles from all of these into my coaching — so if you're drawn to the group setting, just let me know!
