Navigating perimenopause can feel overwhelming, especially when symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, mood swings, and weight changes begin to interfere with daily life. But you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own either. I offer virtual group health coaching as a supportive tool for women in this life stage, helping to demystify hormonal changes, providing needed support and encouragement, and promoting long-term wellness.

Perimenopause can feel isolating, especially when symptoms aren’t widely talked about.
