Dr. Mariza Snyder, on her Essentially You podcast, spoke to Dr. Christiana Northrup, a OBGYN and author of The Wisdom of Menopause, about how women can get back in touch with our natural fertility. Some of her recommendations for how to reset your natural rhythms for fertility include:

Standing barefoot on grass or soil for 20 min/day (earthing/grounding).
Getting morning sunlight through the eyes (without glasses or contacts). The natural light hitting your retina, which is part of your brain, helps to boost your progesterone by stimulating your FSH/LH (follicle stimulating hormone & luteinizing hormone) and corpus luteum (makes your uterus a healthy place for a fetus to grow)
Optimizing your Vitamin D by getting 15-30 minutes of sun exposure on your skin without sunscreen. Vitamin D is a vitamin but also a hormone. Depending on where you live get sun exposure at 10am or late afternoon 3/4pm. You cannot overdose in natural vitamin D; the most your body will absorb is 10,000 IU, which is exactly the recommended amount
Avoiding polyunsaturated plant/vegetable oils, such as sunflower and corn oil, which are not good for fertility. Vegetable oils serve as the basis for cellular inflammation.
Embracing the circadian cycle, by rising with the sun and slowing down/going to sleep shortly after sunset & avoiding harsh lights past sundown. Linking yourself with the sun and moon cycles will boost your natural fertility.
Spending time with naturally ovulating females. Cycles of menstruating women often start to mimic each other when in close proximity.
