Hello everyone!
I am excited to start offering virtual group coaching sessions focused on providing education and support to women undergoing hormonal changes related to the menopause transition. Hormonal changes can start as early as your mid-30s with perimenopause and continue until years after you reach menopause (likely in your early 50s) so nearly every woman can benefit!

We will dive deep into the science of perimenopause and menopause. You’ll gain a clear understanding of the hormonal changes your body is undergoing, why they happen, and how they impact your physical and emotional well-being.
We will discuss practical strategies to manage perimenopause symptoms effectively. From hot flashes and sleep disturbances to mood swings and weight management, we'll explore a range of holistic approaches and evidence-based techniques. As a group, we will discover lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and natural remedies that can make a significant difference in our daily life.
Through this coaching circle, I hope to impart knowledge and wisdom about how best to take care of our bodies and minds during this transition. The group format allows for additional support and learning from our fellow participants on a similar journey.
Dedicated to fostering a strong, supportive network of women, I will ensure it is a safe, supportive environment. The format will allow you the opportunity to share your stories, ask questions, and connect with others who truly understand what you're going through.
Importantly, you’ll also learn how you can take back control, lessen symptoms, and prepare yourself to live your best life as you age. Menopause is not the end but an opportunity to step into the life you were meant to live!
The format will be a group coaching virtual circle that meets remotely over the course of three consecutive weeks over Zoom. The cost will be greatly reduced from $199 down to $149!
